BRANDON HILLS VINEYA‍‍‍RD

VENUE: Brandon Hills Vineyard with the patio, pergola and fountain area for your exclusive use. Also included is a designated grass area near vineyard for ceremony and/or photos. The Tasting Room and Upper Deck will be reserved for regular business/customers. This space may be rented for an additional fee and used by you after business hours have ended. A restroom will be available for use at the Vineyard Warehouse.

CATERING: All food, linens, cutlery and glasses to be supplied by yourselves. We have seating available for approximately 50 people. Extra chairs and/or tables will need to be provided by you. All clean up is your responsibility and trash must be removed from property by you.

ALCOHOL: We require a minimum purchase of two (2) cases of BHV wine, the 24 bottles can be assorted. If you require beer, a minimum order of 1 case would be required. Please understand we are only licensed to sell Wine & Beer. Absolutely no outside liquor is allowed on the BHV property.

PARKING: Guests will be able to park on the lawn area above the Vineyard Warehouse to the right of the Tasting Room.

PRICE: $2000.00 for the venue from 4-8pm plus the cost of the BHV wine/beer. To rent the additional space of the tasting room and upper deck the cost is $4000 plus the cost of the BHV wine/beer.

PAYMENT: Payment in full for the venue is required to reserve space and date of event. Payment can be made with Credit Card or Cash.
